Registration for The Empty Stocking Fund’s 2026 Holiday Gift Program is now open.

 

The Stacey Monts Foundation, in partnership with Mt. Olive Baptist Church and The Empty Stocking Fund, is helping eligible families access free holiday gifts for qualifying children.

Please write down or copy this code before beginning your registration. Enter the code when prompted so The Empty Stocking Fund can identify you as a participant connected with the Stacey Monts Foundation at Mt. Olive Baptist Church.

 

HOW TO REGISTER

 

1. Visit The Empty Stocking Fund website.

2. Select “Parents.”

3. Select “My ESF Portal” if you have registered previously, or select “Register Now” if you are registering for the first time.

4. Complete the registration and enter EAC code ESFEAC45559 when prompted.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE EAC CODE

 

The EAC code allows The Empty Stocking Fund to track registrations connected with the Stacey Monts Foundation and Mt. Olive Baptist Church.

 

The code does not give a family priority or guarantee assistance. An EAC code is not required by The Empty Stocking Fund to participate in the program.

 

FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED POLICY

 

Assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. However, a family’s place in the queue is determined by the date The Empty Stocking Fund accepts the family’s Proof of Benefits—not the date the registration is submitted.

 

Families should upload complete, accurate, and current documentation as soon as possible. Registering early without acceptable documentation will not secure a family’s place in the queue.

 

PROOF OF BENEFITS IS REQUIRED

 

Families must provide documentation showing that they currently receive qualifying benefits.

 

Documents may include:

 

• Medicaid or SNAP: Notice of Eligibility Decision

• SSI or disability income: SSI Benefits Verification

• Foster care: Placement letter from DFCS or an approved agency

• Childcare and Parent Services: CAPS Certificate

 

Families may download a PDF from Georgia Gateway, obtain a PDF from their caseworker, or upload a screenshot of the appropriate Georgia Gateway page.

 

YOUR DOCUMENT MUST:

 

• Show current coverage.

• Include the child’s name.

• Include the parent’s or legal guardian’s name.

• Use names that exactly match the names entered on the ESF registration form.

 

Missing names, expired coverage, incomplete documents, or names that do not match the registration may delay acceptance and affect the family’s place in the queue.
